Eden Innovations (ASX:EDE) said that JB2 Partners, the buyer of unit Eden Real Estate's 65.6-acre industrial property in Augusta, Georgia, has extended the inspection period for the $5 million sale of the property by an additional 30 days, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The new deadline for the inspection period is now Feb. 12, the filing said.
JB2 Partners paid a $50,000 extension fee to Chicago Title Insurance Company, the filing added.
Shares of the company tumbled 50% in recent Tuesday trade, hitting an all-time low.
