Vonex (ASX:VN8) said Maxo Telecommunications extended the offer period of its on-market takeover bid to acquire all of the company's fully paid ordinary shares on issue until the close of trading on Jan. 28, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Vonex shares fell more than 2% in morning trade Monday.
