AIMS Property Securities Fund (ASX:APW) said the lease over an industrial logistics asset in Victoria has been varied, resulting in an increase to the rental income for the AIMS Growth Investment Fund, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
AIMS Property Securities Fund is an investor in AIMS Growth Investment Fund.
The rise in the rental income for the AIMS Growth Investment Fund will amount to 70% from Jan. 1 to June 30, 2025; 106% from July 1 to June 30, 2026; and 141% from July 1, 2026.
The lease has been extended for 15.5 years, starting Jan. 1.
From July 1, 2026, the remaining space of 67,026 square meters will become available, and AIMS Growth Investment Fund will explore different opportunities.
The fund's shares were up almost 3% in recent Monday trade.
