Sino-Ocean Group (HKG:3377) recorded contracted sales of around 4.56 billion yuan in December 2024, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 452,700 square meters, a Wednesday bourse filing said.

The property company's average selling price for the month was approximately 10,100 yuan per square meter.

In 2024, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 35.16 billion yuan and nearly 3 million square meters, with average selling price coming in at 11,700 yuan per square meter.
