Dell Technologies (DELL) and UKG have partnered to open a UKG-sponsored solar community hub in Los Pinos Park, Mexico, the companies said late Wednesday.
The solar hub, developed in partnership with Tecnologico de Monterrey and Computer Aid International, is meant to provide 20,000 residents with access to technology, education, healthcare, and infrastructure along with workforce training, the companies said.
Dell's 48 solar community hubs worldwide are a philanthropic initiative using repurposed shipping containers and renewable energy, the companies said.
