Onto Innovation (ONTO) said Tuesday it has finalized a $69 million volume purchase agreement from a DRAM manufacturer for its optical metrology products.
The order includes common films, optical critical dimension and integrated metrology, with deliveries scheduled to begin Q1, the company said.
The company's shares were up more than 3% in recent trading.
