China Coal Energy (HKG:1898, SHA:601898) commercial coal production rose 9.7% to 11.9 million tons in December 2024 from 10.8 million tons in the year-ago period, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Sales jumped 21% to 28.4 million tons from 23.5 million tons in the year-ago period, the filing said.
In the full year of 2024, coal output rose by 2.5% year on year while sales slid by 0.1%.
