China Industrial Securities International Financial Group (HKG:6058) unit CISI Investment acquired $7.7 million of bonds for a little over $7.5 million from the open market, a Monday bourse filing said.

The bonds make up part of an issue of $500 million of 2.8% bonds issued by Yieldking Investment and maturing Aug. 18, 2026.

The securities broker purchased the bonds for investment purposes.
