V2Y's (SGX:V2Y) wholly owned subsidiary, Evertrust Distribution, entered into a memorandum of understanding with PT Jinji Fresh Indonesia to license a land owned by the latter at Topaya Asri, Indonesia for 20 years.

Under the non-binding MOU, the land will be utilized for developing and operating and agricultural farm, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
