Malton (KLSE:MALTON) fixed the issue price for the private placement at 0.37 ringgit per share, according to a Monday Malaysian bourse filing.
The property developer proposed a private placement of up to 10% of the total number of issued shares of the company.
The issue price represents a discount of about 8.53% to the five-day volume weighted average market price of company shares up to and including Jan. 10.
Shares of the company were down over 1% in recent trade.
