Newfield Resources (ASX:NWF) said Fidelitas Deutsche Industrie Holding agreed to extend the maturity date of the company's $1 million bond to March 15, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The mining company will pay an extension fee of $105,000 to Fidelitas, which is a group entity of Deutsche Balaton. The principal amount and unpaid extension fee attracts a 7.5% per annum coupon, per the filing.
