Soilbuild Construction Group (SGX:V5Q) has been awarded two construction contracts in Singapore totaling SG$151.3 million, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The first contract is for the construction of a multi-story industrial complex at Loyang Way, to be completed by Q2 2027.
The second contract involves additions and alterations to an industrial development at Changi North, set for completion by Q4 2025.
Both projects aim for Green Mark Gold Plus certification.
The new contracts raise the company's order book to approximately SG$1.32 billion as of Nov. 30, 2024.
