Vibrant Group (SGX:BIP) has confirmed that the purchaser has exercised its option to buy the property at 47 Changi South Avenue 2 in Singapore for SG$15.0 million, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The buyer paid a balance deposit of SG$1.4 million, equivalent to 9% of the agreed consideration, alongside applicable GST. This follows an earlier 1% deposit made upon granting the option, bringing the total deposit to 10%.
