Bravura Solutions (ASX:BVS) confirmed that it will return up to AU$73.2 million in capital to shareholders by way of a AU$0.163-per-share equal reduction, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The software solutions provider confirmed that capital return is "fair and reasonable" to shareholders and does not affect the control of the company or its ability to pay creditors, the filing said.
Shares of the company rose past 1% in recent Wednesday trade.
