Beverly JCG (SGX:9QX) completed the share issuance to Tan Chin Hong, Lim Beoy Kee and Evolve, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
A total of 24,096,385 shares were issued to Hong at SG$0.0083 per share, 24,691,358 shares were issued to Kee at an issue price of SG$0.0081 per share while 11,111,111 were issued to Evolve Capital Advisory at SG$0.0090 per share.
The shares were listed and quoted on the Catalist board with effect from 9:00 am on Jan. 13.
Following the issuance of the shares, the total number of shares of the company has increased to 695,546,464 shares.
