Aux Electric, a China-based air conditioner manufacturer, filed documents for an initial public offering in Hong Kong Wednesday.
The company is the fifth-largest air conditioner maker in the world in 2023 in terms of sales, The Standard reported separately.
Aux Electric plans to use the proceeds from its proposed IPO for worldwide research and development, upgrades to sites intelligent manufacturing and supply chain management systems, sales and distribution, and for working capital.
