Jan 13 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2045 GMT on Monday:

** U.S. integrated midstream infrastructure company Plains All American Pipeline PAA.O is set to price a $1 billion investment-grade bond offering, the year's first to finance an acquisition. nL1N3O90UD

** Cleveland-Cliffs CLF.N is partnering with peer Nucor NUE.N to prepare a potential bid for U.S. Steel X.N, CNBC reported, citing sources. nL4N3O91GJ

** The owners of Crumbl are exploring a sale that could value the popular cookie chain at nearly $2 billion, including debt, according to people familiar with the matter. nL1N3O61A2

** (The Insurer) - Moody’s Corporation has entered into an agreement to acquire Palo Alto-based geospatial property data provider Cape Analytics. nL6N3O90DD

** T-Mobile US TMUS.O said it has agreed to acquire Vistar Media, a real-time outdoor advertising technology provider, for about $600 million, in an all-cash deal. nL4N3O91CD

** Call Your Mother Deli, a restaurant chain that was launched in Washington, D.C. and is known for its bagel sandwiches, has sold a stake to investment firm Invus Group, according to a statement seen by Reuters. nL1N3O618T

** Eli Lilly LLY.N said it would buy cancer therapy developer Scorpion Therapeutics for up to $2.5 billion in cash. nL4N3O917O

** Pipeline operator Kinder Morgan KMI.N said its unit Hiland Partners has agreed to buy a natural gas gathering and processing system in North Dakota from Outrigger Energy II LLC for $640 million. nL4N3O915B

** Johnson & Johnson JNJ.N said it will buy neurological drugmaker Intra-Cellular Therapies ITCI.O for $14.6 billion, its biggest deal in at least two years, boosting its presence in the market for brain disease treatments. nL4N3O90VI

** Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) has completed its previously announced acquisition of a 23.08 percent stake in Saudi Reinsurance Company (Saudi Re) in a deal designed to enable the reinsurer to scale up domestic capacity. nL6N3O90AW

** Clearwater Analytics CWAN.N has agreed to acquire rival Enfusion ENFN.N in a $1.5 billion cash-and-stock deal as the financial software maker looks to bolster its international presence and enter the hedge fund industry. nL4N3O90VW

** Billionaire investor Bill Ackman's Pershing Square said it has offered to buy the remaining stake it does not already own in real estate developer Howard Hughes Holdings HHH.N for $85 per share. nL4N3O90WD

** South African private hospital operator Life Healthcare LHCJ.J announced the sale of its radiopharmaceuticals business LMI to U.S.-listed Lantheus Holdings LNTH.O, sending its Johannesburg-listed shares higher. nL8N3O90GZ

** Medical data research company Truveta said that Regeneron Pharmaceuticals REGN.O, Illumina ILMN.O and 17 U.S. health systems will take a $320 million stake in the company as part of a deal to build the world's largest genetic database. nL1N3O612M

** Superannuation fund AustralianSuper said it has taken a 50% stake in a portfolio of European warehouses owned by Oxford Properties Group, valuing it at A$1.4 billion ($859.18 million). nL4N3O90OP

** Ardonagh-owned Envest Group will to acquire a "significant" stake in Ando Insurance Group Limited (Ando), an independent underwriting agency in New Zealand. nL6N3O907C

** British drugmaker GSK GSK.L said that it would pay up to $1.15 billion to buy Boston-based biopharmaceutical firm IDRx, which is developing a treatment for a rare type of tumour. nL4N3O90IN

** Asia-focused private equity firm PAG said that it has acquired a majority stake in Indian pharmaceutical packaging company Pravesha Industries, according to a statement. nL4N3O906T

** Norsk Hydro NHY.OL became the sole owner of battery recycler Hydrovolt after the Norwegian aluminium maker agreed to buy the remaining shares from ailing Swedish battery maker Northvolt for 78 million Norwegian crowns ($6.79 million). nL8N3O908A
