CapitaLand India Trust (SGX:CY6U) signed a long-term agreement with a global hyperscaler for one of its data centers, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
Under the agreement, the trust could pre-lease half of its gross power capacity under development of around 250 megawatts.
The trust is currently developing four data centers in India in a bid to strengthen its local portfolio.
