Uscom (ASX:UCM) has finalized the terms of its short-term loan from Executive Chairman Robert Phillips by way of an agreement, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The AU$635,000 loan will carry an interest rate of 8% payable monthly and will mature in June. 30, the filing said.
