China Tourism Group Duty Free (HKG:1880, SHA:601888) recorded a net profit attributable to shareholders of 4.26 billion yuan for 2024, down 36.5% from 6.71 billion yuan last year.
Basic earnings per share fell 36.5% year on year to 2.06 yuan for the 12 months ended Dec. 31, 2024, from 3.25 yuan per share recorded for 2023, a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong exchange said.
The large-scale joint-stock tourism retailer's operating income for the reporting year came in at 56.5 billion yuan, down 16.36% from 67.5 billion yuan booked a year ago.
