Sabana REIT (SGX:M1GU) received a letter from several unitholders, requesting the manager, Sabana REIT Management to convene an extraordinary general meeting to consider certain resolutions, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The resolutions include a request to commence and undertake a price discovery process to achieve the sale of all or majority of the assets of the REIT, along with the appointment of an internationally reputable firm to undertake the process.
Shares of the REIT were down nearly 3% in recent trading.
