China Putian Food Holding (HKG:1699) said it applied to obtain leave from the High Court to apply for judicial review against the listing review committee's listing cancellation decision on Wednesday, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The trading in the company's shares was suspended on April 3, 2023, following a delay in its publication of annual results for 2022 and certain other subsequent delays.
On Oct. 18, 2024, the listing committee decided to cancel the listing of the company following the company's inability to fulfill resumption guidance and publish the required documents.
The company is expectant that the listing committee will refrain from canceling the company's listing while the High Court decides on the judicial reviewing proceedings.
The trading in the shares of the company remains suspended.
