OSL Group (HKG:0863) through its subsidiary OSL Investment (Japan), acquired an 81.38% stake in CoinBest K.K. from four independent third parties, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Following the group's acquisition of the controlling stake in the target, the target, a licensed crypto asset exchange service provider in Japan, has become an indirect subsidiary of the company.
