Suxin Joyful Life Services (HKG:2152) submitted a bid for the proposed acquisition of 51% equity interest in Lianyungang Port Maintenance Engineering from Lianyungang Port on Jan. 17, a same-day bourse filing said.

The public tender for the acquisition of the target firm, which engages mainly in city services such as sanitation and cleaning, greening construction and minor repairs, was announced Jan. 9.

The proposed purchase is part of the property manager's effort to expand into the Jiangsu Province market.
