Eastroc Beverage (SHA:605499) is about to recruit banks to help the beverage manufacturer with its second listing in Hong Kong, Bloomberg News reported, citing people familiar with the matter.
Among those recruited are Morgan Stanley, UBS, and Huatai Securities (HKG:6886, SHA:601688), the report said.
The listing is slated to take place in 2025, and is seen to raise as much as $1 billion, according to the report.
Talks are still ongoing and the size and schedule of the share offering are subject to change, the report said.
Eastroc did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
