Gullewa (ASX:GUL) said Central Iron Ore released results for a 2024 first-phase reverse circulation drilling campaign at the South Darlot gold project and a 2024 first-phase diamond drilling campaign at the British King project, both in Western Australia, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
Assay results for the 31-hole 1,998-meter drilling program at the South Darlot project reported significant intercepts, including 1 meter at a grade of 9.5 grams per tonne (g/t) of gold from a depth of 67 meters.
Assay results for the six-hole 334.2-meter drilling program at British King also reported significant intercepts, including 3 meters at a grade of 22.7 g/t of gold from 57 meters.
Gullewa holds a 51% stake in Central Iron Ore.
It said further diamond and reverse circulation drilling for metallurgical, structural, and petrographic test work will be conducted.
