Huang Fengchao resigned as board chairman of A-Living Smart City Services (HKG:3319) due to work arrangements but will continue to serve as an executive director, a Friday bourse filing said.
Huang's resignation will become effective when the property manager's shareholders approve a replacement.
The firm nominated Wang Haiyang, senior vice president of Agile Group Holdings (HKG:3383), to succeed Huang as chairman.
