HS Optimus (SGX:504) has completed the deregistration of KLW (HK), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, from the Hong Kong Companies Registry on Jan. 17, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The deregistration is not expected to significantly affect the group's net tangible assets or earnings per share for the current financial year ending March 31.
