H.U. Group Holdings (TYO:4544) has been selected for the Morningstar Japan ex-REIT Gender Diversity Tilt Index, earning a Group 1 rating for the second consecutive year, according to a Thursday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The index, used by Japan's Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF), recognizes companies with strong gender diversity policies. H.U. Group has also been consistently included in all six ESG indices adopted by GPIF.
