Indian Metals and Ferro Alloys (NSE:IMFA, BOM:533047) said its board of directors will meet on Jan. 29 to consider the declaration of a second interim dividend for fiscal 2025 ending March 31, according to a filing with the Indian bourses on Wednesday.
If approved, the record date for determining shareholder eligibility for the dividend will be Feb. 5.
