Standard Chartered (HKG:2888) repurchased an additional 548,944 shares in the UK on Tuesday at a weighted average price of 10.76 pounds sterling apiece.
Upon cancelation of the repurchased shares, the British lender will have 2,418,062,887 issued shares, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
