Great Eastern Holdings (SGX:G07) has issued $500 million in fixed-rate perpetual capital securities, first callable in 2032, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
These securities, under the company's SG$2 billion euro medium-term note program established by The Great Eastern Life Assurance and Great Eastern, were priced on Jan. 14.
The Singapore Exchange has granted in-principle approval for the listing and quotation of the series 002 securities.
