China Longyuan Power Group (HKG:0916, SHE:001289) completed the issue of 2.5 billion yuan of 5-year mid-term bonds with a coupon rate of 1.93% on Friday, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The power company will use proceeds from the issue to repay interest-bearing debts and replenish the working capital of the group.
