Hatten Land (SGX:PH0) and strategic investor Hungchi Enterprise agreed to extend the validity period of the binding key terms by two months to March 17 for the parties' proposed investment deal, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The extension gives both parties more time to finalize a definitive agreement and associated documents. Other key terms remain unchanged.
Hatten Land, which operates in real estate and property development, has been under judicial management since August 2024. Its shares have been suspended since Aug. 6, 2024.
