Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (ASX:URW) said the retail opening of the Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier integrated district will take place on April 8 in Hamburg, Germany, according to an Australian bourse filing on Friday.
Retail lettings for the mixed-use development project stand at 94%, with strong interest in the remaining units.
The project's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing are in the final testing and inspection phase.
The firm's shares rose 2% in early trading on Friday.
