China Industrial Securities International Financial Group's (HKG:6058) subsidiary, CISI Investment, using its internal resources, subscribed to bonds issued by Ningguo Ningyang Holding Group worth 50 million yuan on Jan. 16.
The bonds have an aggregate principal amount of 378 million yuan, fixed interest rate of 7% per annum, and will mature on Jan. 23, 2028, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
