China Shenhua Energy (HKG:1088, SHA:601088) will acquire 100% equity interest in Hangjin Energy from China Energy Investment for a little over 852.6 million yuan, a Tuesday bourse filing said.
Hangjin Energy engages mainly in the investment and construction of Tarangaole Coal Field, sales of purchased coal, and coal mining, among other things.
China Energy Investment is the controlling shareholder of the company.
