Seatrium (SGX:5E2) transferred 120,000 shares worth SG$215,856 under the company's share plan to non-executive directors, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
Following the transfer of the shares, the maritime and new energy engineering firm's total treasury shares have decreased to 26,993,331 shares.
