Don Agro Secures SGX Approval for Russian Acquisitions

Don Agro has received SGX-ST approval for waivers tied to its proposed acquisitions of 812 Capital LLC and the Centre for Innovative Medical Technologies in Russia, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The waivers allow the use of escrowed funds for a refundable deposit and a Russian financial institution in place of a MAS-approved escrow agent.

SGX-ST also approved continued trading of Don Agro's shares as it transitions to a cash company.
