Healthbank Holdings (SGX:40B) received a remaining settlement amount of SG$200,000 from Hainan Fuda Construction Materials in full and final settlement from an outstanding principal amount of SG$200,000.
The company had earlier entered into a loan reduction agreement with Fuda, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
