Mapletree Logistics Trust's (SGX:M44U) distribution per unit or DPU in fiscal Q3 was down 11% year over year to SG$0.02003 from SG$0.02253 a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
Amount distributable to unitholders was down nearly 10% year over year to SG$101.3 million from SG$112.2 million.
Net property income was down over 1% to SG$157.2 million from SG$159.5 million a year earlier.
Gross revenue was down nearly 1% year over year to SG$182.4 million from SG$184.0 million in the year-ago period.
Portfolio occupancy improved to 96.3%, mainly due to positive rental reversions across the board.
The trust had a portfolio of 183 properties across Singapore, Australia, China, Hong Kong SAR, India, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea and Vietnam with assets under management of S$13.4 billion during the period.
