CHARLES TOWN, W.Va., Jan. 22, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Potomac Bancshares, Inc. (the "Company") (OTC:PTBS), the bank holding company for Bank of Charles Town $(BCT.AU)$, also known as The Community's Bank, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share on January 21, 2025. The dividend is for all shareholders of record on February 6, 2025, and will be paid on February 13, 2025.
