Beverly JCG (SGX:9QX) completed the issuance of shares to private investors, Tan Chin Hong and Lim Beoy Keen, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
According to earlier filings, the company had entered into two separate subscription agreements with the investors to raise proceeds of SG$400,000.
