7Road Holdings (HKG:0797) appointed Yang Cheng as chief financial officer, effective Jan. 26, a Sunday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The appointment came after Li Zhengquan resigned from the same post due to his personal career development.
Yang Cheng was working as an executive director and vice president of the company before his latest appointment. He has previously served as the CFO for Besttone Holding (SHA:600640).
Shares of the company soared 9% on Monday's Close.
