Nayax (NYAX) and Seco said Monday they have executed a memorandum of understanding to form a collaboration to integrate Nayax-powered payments directly within Seco products.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Nayax and Seco said they plan to offer fully integrated Internet-of-Things services to any company with automated self-service points of sale.
Nayax shares gained by more than 6% in recent trading.
