ecoWise (SGX:5CT) completed the disposal of properties located at Lot 6 and Lot 7, in 88450 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia for 4.7 million ringgit and 5.8 million ringgit respectively, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The completion of the disposal was confirmed after the company received the balance of purchase price for the properties.
