A2Z Cust2Mate Solutions (AZ) said Monday it is proposing an underwritten public offering of shares.
The size and terms of the offering were not disclosed.
The company said it plans to use the proceeds from the offering for continued development and expansion of existing business including backlog order fulfillment and client onboarding acceleration, as well as working capital.
