** Cybersecurity company Commvault Systems' CVLT.O shares rise 5.5% to $167 premarket
** Company raises annual revenue forecast to between $980 million and $985 million from previous range of $952 million to $957 million
** Revenue for fiscal Q3 grew ~21% driven by subscription and perpetual license segment growth
** Posts Q3 revenue of $262.6 million, above estimates of $245.6 million and adjusted EPS of 94 cents, above expectations of 87 cents - data compiled by LSEG
** Also expects Q4 revenue between $260 million and $264 million, above estimates of $251.3 million
** CVLT rose 89% in 2024
