GLP J-REIT (TYO:3281) plans to acquire the fourth tranche of preferred securities issued by Acacia Special Purpose Company for 60 million yen, according to a Monday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The acquisition, funded through cash reserves, is slated for Jan. 30 and relates to the GLP Narashino II redevelopment project.
