CapitaLand India Trust's (SGX:CY6U) distribution per unit or DPU for the second half of 2024 was up 3% to SG$0.0320 from SG$0.0309 a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
Income to be distributed came in at SG$42.6 million, up 4% year over year from SG$41.1 million in the comparable period.
Net property income rose 9% year on year to SG$102.1 million from SG$94.0 million, while total property income was up 15% year over year to SG$141.8 million from SG$123.6 million, mainly due to higher rental income.
The trust achieved a committed portfolio occupancy of 95% as at Dec. 31, 2024.
Assets under management stood at SG$3.7 billion as at Dec. 31, 2024.
